How often does a purchased license need verification?
The app checks purchased licenses automatically over the internet. If it cannot reach the license server, you can keep using it for up to 7 days after the last successful check. After that, a successful check is required to continue.
Can I move my license to another Mac?
If your license has a free place, activate the new Mac with the same key.
If both places are occupied, click “Deactivate This Mac” in the license window on the Mac you are replacing. Its place can stay reserved for up to 7 days, until its last authorization expires. You can activate the new Mac once a place becomes available.
If your previous Mac is unavailable, contact support.
Activation isn’t working
Check your internet connection and make sure your Mac sets its date and time automatically. There is no need to delete the app or its Keychain entries. If it still doesn’t work, contact support.
